Smoking House is mainly including: Smoking oven, heating system, smoking system, air circulating and exhaust system, drying system, cleaning system and PLC electric control elements. Smoke house is completely constructed of stainless steel and can be easily cleaned. Imported insulating layer to ensure the temperature rising fast and good temperature holding.
Heating Mode: Electricity, Steam or Gas Heating.
The whole machine is mainly including:
Control System-Air Circulation System- Smoking system-Cleaning System.
